Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once a purchase is completed, the sales receipt will be emailed to the address you provide during checkout.
How can I return an item?
Returns can be arranged by sending an email with the subject "Goods Return Request" together with your Sales Order number.
Goods will only be accepted if unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of purchase. Faulty goods will be replaced.
Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock?"
Items marked out of stock will be replenished.
Items marked end of line will be replaced by an alternate product.

Shipping is available throughout South Africa.
